They are serving Authentic Filipino Foods such as Crispy Pata, Bulalo, Lechon Kawali, Sisig Pampanga ,Inihaw na Baboy and many more.This Restaurant was featured at Sabah Times local News Paper Rated as the best Filipino food in Sabah Business operation is from 12 PM to 5 AM.Come and enjoy our Filipino dishes the best in Whole Sabah.

Their prices are very reasonable and, and their staffs are very friendly,and knows how to entertain their costumers and also Bario food is designed to cater for all nationalities . they serve both halal and non- halal foods.

Barrio Restaurant has a wide varieties of filipino dishes and they also serve western cuisines but mostly they prioritize the philippine cuisine.The Services of their staffs to customers are very good,  The location of the restaurant is where there are a lot of competitors, a good location to build a restaurant. and the last one is the pricing is very reasonable. delicious foods with reasonable price such as 5rm per set.

• WEAKNESS

Barrio restaurant is a small resto-bar that’s why their spacing is too small and there are no enough chairs and tables to occupy other customer.. The also have slow service because they don't have enough employee to cook and serve their customers. Other than that barrio restaurant also its other competitors which is Peppermint Restaurant that which all religions can go and eat there.

• OPPORTUNITY

Barrio Restaurant is an easily way on how to attract its customers because they are near in the Internet Café, Beauty Saloon, Tailoring Shop, cellphone Shops, bakery and also  it's near on a Centerpoint ( A mall in kk ).

• THREAT

However, though it is small capacity for their customers they dont have enough parking space for cars  They are also near in their competitors which also has its great impact of attracting customers. Other competitors that offers low prices of their restaurant.

CHAPTER 5 : BARRIO RESTAURANT MARKETING PLAN.

The Marketing plan of Tambayan is they enable to train the hospitality of the employers of their staffs [ waiters/waitress, chefs, cashier, cleaners] should be courteous enough and be more responsible for their customer because barrio restaurant is a busy restaurant, They have lots of customers especially at night, Despite of their lack of employees. They still manage to fast the service.

BArrio Restaurant also have advertisements in the internet and giving some flyers to recognize more their restaurant, the fact that Barrio is has cheaper price they also have some promotions like discounts.
